Photo Cluster
Photo Cluster is a Mail stationary I designed as a test of the drag-and-drop image wells embedded into some of the included stationaries. Please e-mail me (pete at zrimages.com) with questions and comments, thank you.
Requires Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Haha, silly me. Turns out all you need to do to install it is double click it.

Please let me know any problems with this (and if that was accompanied by a solution that would be great)!
If, for some reason you need to uninstall, all you should need to to is delete:

Sorry it didn't work out for you.
Weird anti-aliasing issues, probably a resulted from the tool (I believe a quartz composition) that makes the composite from all the dragged and dropped images.
Make a how-to for stationery. (Look Below)
Building drag and drop stationery is tricky, especially if the corners aren't exposed. Building photo cluster involved a lot of trig work to get the right dimensions and offsets. Winter preat starts December 14th for me and I will start building a simple tutorial with a single slanted image and then explain how to do multiples. I will be using
Photoshop CS3 Extended and
Coda. These are both great apps but are definitely not required, I believe everything that I am doing can be done with Gimp and TextEdit or any plaintext wordpad. I will also be building another stationery based on the poll I posted on the macupdate page. I hope to turn a small profit on this one (definitely less than $5). Although the first one was fun it was a real pain to work out, and although it will probably be faster this time through simply the end product isn't enough insentive.
With everything going on I've had to leave this project alone for now. I may start this back up when summer comes around.
